The principal of Allen Paralegal Services is Garth Allen, a paralegal who holds a Class P1 (Paralegal) Licence, issued by the Law Society of Upper Canada.
The Law Society's Class P1 Licence allows qualified and licenced individuals to carry on the business of providing legal services within the Province of Ontario.
CAVEAT:
Allen Paralegal Services, like all other Ontario paralegal firms providing legal services under a Class P1 Licence, is prohibited from providing legal services that only a lawyer may provide. These services are:

Where most Provincial Offences are heard, including traffic offences. Located at 100 Constellation Crescent, south off Baseline Rd. a little bit west of Woodroffe Ave. Lots of free parking
Ontario Landlord & Tenant Board offices
At 255 Albert St. in downtown Ottawa, the Landlord & Tenant Board's Ottawa offices and Hearing Rooms are located on the 4th floor. Limited parking available, unless you arrive early in the morning
Supreme Court of Canada Building
Canada's highest court, on Wellington St. a little west of the Parliament Buildings
